Issue Area
Human dignity does not depend on age, ability, independence, health, or circumstances. Public policy should recognize and protect human life from its earliest stages through natural death and ensure that vulnerable people are not treated as disposable.
Decisions made in Dover determine whether Delaware law protects vulnerable human life, what safeguards surround abortion and end-of-life decisions, and whether medical professionals may be compelled to participate in practices that violate their convictions.
Issue Area
Strong families provide children with stability, identity, connection, and care. Laws affecting marriage, parentage, birth records, reproductive technologies, and family relationships can have consequences that reach far beyond individual adults.
Family law does more than recognize adult relationships. It can determine how Delaware defines parenthood, whether biological connections are preserved in law and records, and how the interests of children are balanced against the preferences of adults.
Issue Area
Parents bear the primary responsibility for the upbringing, education, health, and welfare of their children. Government institutions should respect that role, provide transparency, and avoid replacing parents as the primary decision-makers in a child's life.
Schools and government agencies exercise significant influence over children. Parents should be able to know what their children are being taught, make informed decisions concerning medical care, and remain the primary authorities directing their children's upbringing.
Issue Area
Religious liberty means more than the freedom to worship privately. It includes the ability of individuals, families, churches, schools, ministries, businesses, and professionals to live, speak, work, and serve consistently with sincerely held religious convictions.
Constitutional freedoms are meaningful only when citizens can exercise them outside the walls of a church. Delaware law should protect peaceful speech, religious practice, and conscience while maintaining appropriate protections against violence, threats, and force.

Representative government depends on constitutional limits, transparent institutions, fair elections, and elected officials who remain accountable to the citizens they serve.
Elections determine who exercises government authority, but accountability should not end on Election Day. Citizens should be able to understand how decisions are made, how elected officials vote, and whether government remains within constitutional and legal limits.

Candidates should be evaluated on more than campaign advertisements and slogans. DFPC Action works to provide voters with documented information about what candidates say, how incumbents have voted, and what credible public records reveal about their positions.
